We blend subject area expertise with decades of experience in research methods, design, analysis, tools, and approaches to deliver customized solutions built on best practices. Our work ranges from small, strategic projects to long-term formative research efforts.

Our mission is to provide valid and reliable research insights on vulnerable populations that can be translated for actionable use by practitioners.
Our primary area of focus is understanding the experiences of vulnerable and special populations such as victims of crime, neglected or delinquent youth, racial and ethnic minorities, LGBTQ populations, and others. We understand that working with vulnerable groups such as crime victims requires particular time, attention, and sensitivity, and we are trained in victim-centered, trauma-informed approaches to research.
We have the technical expertise and experience to develop innovative research design plans and implement them through rigorous data collection and analysis. Our team knows how to select the appropriate method to answer research questions in a cost-efficient, original, and effective way. We are particularly experienced in conducting program evaluations to document progress, demonstrate accountability to stakeholders, or identify ways to improve programs.
We have extensive experience managing projects for federal, corporate, and nonprofit clients. In particular, our CEO has worked with stakeholders at all levels of the government to execute and implement multi-phase projects centered around topics such as victim needs and services, pre-trial diversion, and forensics.
